Dewey and Joan have always been so kind and welcomed us into their home on our many trips to Traverse City. Their genuine generosity and warm hearts played one of the biggest parts in our undying love for Traverse City. The night Dan and I were engaged, they hosted an impromptu celebratory banquet, complete with seafood and delicious wine. We took the picture above from their private beach. We know this is a favorite location for their entire family--and it has been for us as well-- a tranquil, fun and peaceful destination. A similar picture hangs in their living room from years before. May it continue to provide this same tranquility for this kind family.
